Service Contracts
Service terms, including duration, fees, and service scope, will be outlined in a contract agreed upon by both Akita Security Services Ltd. and the client. Contracts are legally binding and detail:

• Terms for service adjustments or extensions
• Payment terms and conditions Akita Security Services Ltd. reserves the right to decline services in situations that compromise the safety or integrity of our personnel.

Client Obligations
The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the site and any specific security risks.
• Ensure a safe working environment for security personnel.
• Notify Akita Security Services Ltd. of any relevant changes, including site access or security requirements.
• Promptly make payments as per the contract terms.

Service Limitations
While Akita Security Services Ltd. is committed to providing comprehensive security, we cannot guarantee complete prevention of incidents. Our liability is limited to losses directly attributable to our failure to meet the contractual obligations. Liability limitations include:

• Not being responsible for losses due to unauthorized actions by third parties.
• Not being liable for damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or emergency evacuations.

Modifications and Cancellations
Either party may request modifications to the contracted services with prior written notice. Cancellations must be communicated in writing, adhering to the notice period stated in the contract. Early cancellations may incur a fee based on the proportion of services rendered or staffing adjustments required.

Insurance and Liability
Akita Security Services Ltd. maintains public liability insurance to cover potential claims arising from our operations. We are not liable for any incidents or claims occurring outside of our service scope or resulting from client-provided information inaccuracies.

Confidentiality
Both Akita Security Services Ltd. and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. This includes client property details, site security plans, and any other information disclosed in connection with the security services. Akita Security Services Ltd. will not share this information with third parties unless required by law.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from these Terms or the contracted services, the client agrees to first attempt an amicable resolution through direct communication with Akita Security Services Ltd. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to arbitration under UK law.
